Job interviews are more stressful than ever, and the hardest moment often comes before they even start — waiting in the virtual lobby, staring at the loading wheel. Anxiety builds, confidence crumbles, and candidates struggle to show their best.
OUTCOME
We created "CALM before the call." In partnership with Zoom, the waiting room transforms into a guided breathing session, helping candidates shift from panic to calm in just one minute.
