We had to create a design activation for Tuborg to attract millennials and zoomers and help them release the pressure.
OUTCOME
Today each job posting receives up to 200 applications within the first 24 hours. Young people are drowning in this, especially with the LinkedIn #OpenToWork badge which brings both visibility and the stigma. Tuborg turns the green circle into a green light — not just for work, but for any kind of openness. Open to Work? Open Tuborg. Open tu… anything!
